REFUND POLICY
Defective Product Replacements
Any product purchased directly from TruthQuest Ministries which is found to be defective may be replaced at no charge to the customer for up to 120 days after the date of purchase. The customer may request such a replacement by calling TruthQuest Ministries at 1-800-505-5187 or emailing us at info@truthquest.net. In certain cases, TruthQuest Ministries may ask the customer to send back the defective product for evaluation in order to receive a replacement, though this will usually not be required.
Refunds
In the event that the customer is in any way dissatisfied with a product purchased directly from TruthQuest Ministries, we will refund 100% of the purchase price (excluding shipping) up to 90 days from the original date of purchase, provided that:
- The customer returns the product in its entirety and in working condition, including all packaging, to TruthQuest Ministries at 11500 Sheridan Boulevard in Westminster, CO 80020.
- The customer has destroyed any and all copies, printouts, recordings, duplications, or electronic data related to the product. The customer may not retain copies of any of the intellectual property included with the product in any form in order to receive a refund.
- The customer has not used the product for any purpose other than to evaluate its usefulness to the customer in his/her ministry. For example, a VBS kit may not be returned to us if the customer has used the product for VBS.
Refunds will be for the original purchase price of the returned products, excluding shipping, and will be made in accordance with the payment method used for the original purchase upon receipt of the returned product. When return instructions are not clearly included with a product, a return for a refund may be arranged by calling 1-800-505-5187 or emailing info@truthquest.net.
PRIVACY POLICY
Information gathered by TruthQuest Ministries WILL NOT be sold to any other organization or entity. Information gathered by TruthQuest Ministries about our customers will be used only for the purpose of contacting our customers for the following purposes:
- To follow-up with customers for solving issues with orders or products
- To assist TruthQuest Ministries in collecting for unpaid invoices, through direct contact with our customers and, if necessary, through third parties to assist with collecting payments.
- To survey customers concerning their satisfaction level with our products and services.
- To inform customers of new products or services or changes in products or services which we feel may be of interest to them.
